Domestic Orders:

All wholesale lingerie supplies and goods are shipped UPS Ground within 1 business day of processing the order unless the item is on backorder. This goes for wholesale orders of corsets, swimwear, bras, plus size lingerie or whatever your order happens to be. Most of the time we try and ship the same day. Please select UPS Ground as your shipping option unless you require the merchandise faster.

We never substitute items without approval from the customer and if the item is on backorder we will state that on the site or inform you via email. What you order is exactly what you will get.

You will also receive an automatic tracking email from UPS when your order is shipped. You can now also check the status of your order or view previous orders by clicking on the Order Status link. For International shipping please click on the International Link.

Returns:

We are confident that all our products are free of manufacturer defects and that we only sell brand new first quality products. We do not accept returns or offer credit unless an item is defective/damaged or we have shipped the wrong item. Please note, there are no returns on our Vanilla Lingerie product line.
